As knights we’ll ever be…

In the fall of 1960, the idea of kidnapping the Freshman Class President sparked into the minds of seventeen sophomores planning to begin a new club. Needless to say, the kidnapping was successful, but something far more important came out of that group of men.

KΩT's purpose has always been to conduct itself in excellence, imagination, friendship, and most importantly service. KΩT thrives on tradition, yet always believes in adding to it. Click below to learn more about the history of KΩT.

Sweet Gingerbread Man

‘23-’24 Sing:

“Sweet Gingerbread Man has been the greatest joy and blessing of my life. Not only creating it with four of my best friends but watching it come to life through the process of nine months is something that is so rewarding. I praise the Lord for the ability to sing and dance every single day with KΩT, especially as a gingerbread man. The hard work and dedication each and every member put towards this act is something we will all remember forever.”

- Luke Martin (Spring 2022), Sing Chair

Result: 1st Place

Bruisers Gas N Go

‘23-’24 Float:

“Bruisers Gas N Go” bears a resemblance to an old gas station. Six different pumps and two cars—this float shows exactly what a gas station looks like. The men of KΩT hand-built everything on the float themselves. They choose to use real building materials to go above and beyond. KΩT focused on using lots of color mixed with white, just like in gas stations from the 1960s and 1970s. The skirt models an old paper map that would've been found in every glovebox in the country.

“Being a KΩT Float Chair has been the greatest experience of my college career. The bond that we have with one another is unlike anything I have ever experienced. I am honored to have held a position to lead these men in creating the 2023 KΩT float.”

- Caul McAuley (Spring 2021), Float Chair

Result: 2nd Place
